Was skeptical of the price, and honestly I was hoping for mediocre at best (and just dreading/expecting the worst)… So needless to say that I was very surprised when it actually printed! And much MORE surprised when the text was legible! We’ve had this cartridge for about 3 weeks and have already printed well over 400 pages.. Each one with crisp clear text & even printing (even the logo on our invoices come out sharp, solid and black! (Which is better than what I can say about the original HP cartridges we’ve gotten in the past.)
In a nutshell: Great Product. VERY PLEASED with the quality of this cartridge. It’s NOT OEM, but for the price – I’LL NEVER BUY OEM AGAIN!

The Q2612A toner cartridge fits and works exactly like the HP 12A cartridge at a significantly lower cost. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is that it is too early to tell about the longevity. It takes me about six months to use up an HP cartridge. The HP M1319 or comparable laser printer is about the cheapest way to do your everyday printing that doesn’t need color. Want to read a 30-page report? It’s cheap and fast to run off the pages, something you would not do with an ink-jet.

My new toner is working perfectly. Compare the price to $75 from HP. What a deal! I’m very happy I went to Amazon.com instead of picking it up at a box store or through HP.
